Shipping & Delivery

  • What shipping options are available? We ship to all 50 US states with these options:
    • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20 (fastest choice)
    • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular option!)
    • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). You'll get a tracking number once your package ships.
  • How long does delivery usually take?
    • Express: Arrives in 3–6 business days
    • Free/Standard: Arrives in 7–14 business days Delivery times are estimates — holidays, weather, or carrier volume can cause slight delays.
  • Do you ship outside the United States? At this time, we only ship within the US.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a smooth, secure checkout.

Products & Care

  • What are your jewelry pieces made of? Our women's jewelry includes high-quality stainless steel, 18K/14K gold-plated, sterling silver-plated, cubic zirconia, freshwater pearls, and hypoallergenic materials. Full details (including nickel-free status) are on each product page.
  • How should I care for my jewelry? To keep it looking its best: Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions/perfume. Store in a dry place (use the pouch/box we include). Gently clean with a soft microfiber cloth.
  • Need help with ring or necklace sizes? Yes! Ring sizes come with a clear chart on the product page. Necklace lengths (16", 18", 20", etc.) are listed — message us if you're unsure.

Returns & Refunds

  • What's your return policy? 30-day returns for unworn, unused items in original condition with all tags/packaging. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
  • Item arrived damaged or wrong? Contact us within 7 days with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
